摘 要:为明确不同氮素胁迫对木薯生长及根系形态的影响,探讨木薯根系对于氮素吸收的反应机理,为分离木薯氮高效基因提供生理依据,对2个品种木薯的组培苗进行5种低氮胁迫试验。结果显示,同一品种木薯在不同浓度氮素营养胁迫下,生长受到明显的影响,影响呈现先降低再升高最终降低的总体趋势,各个处理间木薯组培苗的生长和根系形态参数差异达到极显著水平,不同木薯品种间在低氮胁迫下植株生长存在差异,但总体生长趋势一致。The aim of this study was to clarify the effects of different nitrogen stress on the growth and root morphology of cassava, and to explore the theoretical basis of nitrogen uptake for the cassava root system and provide the physiological basis for the separation of high efficiency cassava nitrogen gene. The 2 cassava varieties subjected to nitrogen freatments at 5 gradient concentrations from low to normal. The results showed that the growth of cassava in the same cultivar was significantly affected by different concentrations of nitrogen stress, the general trend of the effect was decreasing first and then increasing and finally decreasing again. The difference of growth and root morphological parameters was significant. The growth of different cassava cultivars was 'different under low nitrogen stress, but the overall growth trend was consistent.
