摘　　要：随着科学技术的发展和新技术的应用,传统的管理模式已满足不了跨区域性工程建设的需要。必须利用计算机和网络技术建立信息化管理系统,对工程项目成本进行科学管理,提高效益。此文针对中铁股份公司对建设工程成本管理的需要,研发建立了一套项目成本管理信息系统,上线运行一年多来,取得了良好的效果。With the development of science and technology and the application of new technology, the traditional management model can not meet the needs of cross regional engineering construction. It is necessary to establish the information management system with computer and network technology to manage project cost scientifically and improve economic performance. According to the need of construction cost management of China Railway Engineering Corporation, a set of project cost management information system is developed, and the system has been running for more than one year. The system and its good results are introduced in this paper.
