摘 要:试验旨在研究不同摄入水平维生素B_1(vitamin B_1,VB_1)、维生素B_2(vitamin B_2,VB_2)对6月龄伊犁马血浆VB_1含量、红细胞转酮酶活性(erythrocytetransketolase activity,E-TKA)、TPP效应及尿液VB_1排出量和血浆VB_2含量、红细胞谷胱甘肽还原酶活性系数(erythrocyte glutathione reductase activity coefficient,E-GRAC)及尿液VB_2排出量的影响,得到6月龄伊犁马对VB_1、VB_2的适宜需要量。试验选取月龄相近(6月龄)、平均体重为(117.12±13.33)kg、健康状况良好的伊犁马公马25匹,随机分为5组,每组5匹,分别为试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组、试验Ⅴ组,各组马匹每天饲喂相同营养水平日粮,分别添加0、10、20、30、40mg的VB_1和0、7、14、21、28mg的VB_2,进行为期20d的饲养试验。结果发现,随着VB_1实际摄入水平的升高,伊犁马血浆VB_1含量显著升高(P<0.05),E-TKA显著提高(P<0.05),TPP效应极显著降低(P<0.01),尿液VB_1排出量显著增加(P<0.05);随着VB_2实际摄入水平的升高,伊犁马血浆VB_2的含量显著升高(P<0.05),E-GRAC极显著降低(P<0.01),尿液VB_2排出量显著增加(P<0.05)。以血浆VB_1含量、E-TKA、TPP效应及尿液VB_1排出量和血浆VB_2含量、E-GRAC及尿液VB_2排出量作为评价指标,得到6月龄伊犁马对VB_1、VB_2的适宜需要量分别为33.32和18.73mg/(匹·d)。The effect of different intake levels of VB_1 and VB_2 on plasma of VB_1,E-TKA,TPP effect,urinary of VB_1 excretion and plasma of VB_2,E-GRAC,urinary of VB_2 excretion was studied to get VB_1 and VB_2 requirements of Yili horse.Twenty-five healthy male Yili horse,with sixmonth old and average body weight of(117.12±13.33)kg,were randomly divided into 5groups.The horses in trail groupⅠ,trail groupⅡ,trail groupⅢ,trail group Ⅳ and trail group Ⅴ,were fed with the same basal diet and added 0,10,20,30,40 mg of VB_1 and added 0,7,14,21,28 mg of VB_2,respectively.The results showed that VB_1 level,E-TKA in plasma,urinary of VB_1 excretion were significantly increased(P0.05),and TPP effect were extremely significantly reduced with the increasing intake of dietary VB_1(P0.01).With the increasing intake of dietary VB_2,plasma VB_2 level,urinary of VB_2 excretion were improved significantly(P0.05),and E-GRAC were re-duced extremely significantly(P0.01).Based on the results in this study,the optimal requirements of VB_1 and VB_2 were 33.32 and 18.73mg/(horse·d)in six-month old Yili horse,respectively.
