摘　　要：在产业优化升级、战略性新兴产业发展的进程中,高技能人才是工业化的支撑,是提高自主创新能力、提高产品技术含量的重要保证。从分析高技能人才培养规律入手,总结高技能人才成长的一般路径,提出我国高技能人才的培养对策,有助于加快新经济形势下高技能人才的培养。In the process of optimization and upgrading of the industry, the development of strategic emerging industries, highly skilled talent is the support of industrialization, and is an important guarantee to improve the capability of independent innova- tion and improve the technical content of products. Starting from the analysis of the training rules of high skilled talents, this paper sums up the general path of the growth of high skilled talents, and puts forward some of high skilled talents in our country. for the cultivation
