摘 要:目的总结新型结扎束血管闭合系统(LE 1537 Blunt Tip)在腹腔镜全子宫切除术中应用的护理配合要点,探讨其应用的临床体会。方法选取解放军总医院2015年6月至2016年6月期间收治并行腹腔镜全子宫切除术的患者资料,根据术中是否使用新型结扎束血管闭合系统分为观察组(使用新型结扎束血管闭合系统)和对照组(常规手术);术中注意器械护士和巡回护士的护理配合,记录并比较两组的一般情况和手术相关指标。结果两组的年龄、体质量指数、腹部手术史比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的手术时间和术中出血量均少于对照组[(42.1±16.6)min vs(58.5±24.0)min、(48.4±20.9)ml vs(99.8±46.1)ml],两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型结扎束血管闭合系统应用于腹腔镜全子宫切除术,缩短了手术时间、减少了出血量;手术室护士应了解新型结扎束血管闭合系统的工作原理和使用方法,掌握正确的组装、连接、调试和消毒方法,并在术中具备排除简单故障和处置常见问题的能力,密切配合术者,保证手术有效、顺利的完成。Objective To summarize the key points of nursing cooperation in the application of Blunt Tip LF1537 in laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Methods All patients selected in our hospital during the period of Jun. 2015 to Jun. 2016 undergoing lapamscopic total hysterectomy were analyzed. All cases were divided into observation group (using Blunt Tip LF1537 group) and control group (conventional surgery group). During the operation, the nursing cooperation of the operation room nurses was paid attention to, and the general information and the operation related index were compared between the two groups. Results The mean age, BMI, history of previous abdominal surgery in the two groups were in the normal distribution and the difference was not statistically significant (P 〉 0. 05 ). In the observation group, the average operation time and the blood loss [(42.1 ±16.6)rain vs (58.5 ±24.0)min, (48.4 ±20.9)ml vs(99.8± 46.1)ml. during operation were lower than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions In this study, Blunt Tip LF1537 was used in laparoscopic total hysterectomy. It shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding. Operation room nurses should understand the working principle and using method of Blunt Tip LF1537. Nurses should also master the methods of assembly, connection, debugging and disinfection of instruments, and have the ability to eliminate the simple failure and to deal with the common problems in the operation.
