可吸收线埋置术在面部提升中的临床应用及体会

摘　　要：目的探讨可吸收双向倒刺线埋置术在治疗面部松垂中的临床应用及体会。方法对35例受术者,在局麻下行颞部发际线内单侧皮下置入5-10根恒生0号钝针提拉线,置入到位后向上提拉并打结使局部组织上移并固定,线头埋于皮下,并将30-50根平滑线埋置于额部、颧颊部及中下面部真皮下。结果术后肿胀轻,无出血、感染等严重并发症,本组35例受术者面部松垂得到明显改善。有3例患者术后左右不对称,术后3周在局麻下再次埋线调整后双侧对称,自觉术后效果满意。结论可吸收双向倒刺线埋置术提升面部松垂软组织效果明显,此法可在局麻下进行,无需拆线,手术时间短、术后肿胀轻、恢复快,可重复手术,但维持时间相对较短。Objective To investigate the absorption line of bidirectional barbed buried technique in the treatment of facial loose clinical application and experience in the vertical. Methods 35 cases of patients, unilateral subcutaneous placement in 5 - 10, Hang Seng 0 root blunt needle pulling line under local anesthesia for the temporal hairline, placed in place after the pull and knotting of the local tissue and fixed up, head buried in the skin, and the 30 - 50 smooth line embedded in the forehead Department, zygomatic and the subdermal. Results after the operation, there were no severe complications such as bleeding, infection, and so on. 35 cases of the patients were significantly improved. 3 cases of patients with postoperative asymmetry, 3 weeks after surgery under local anesthesia again after the adjustment of catgut embedding in bilateral symmetry, self satisfied after operation. Conclusion the absorbable line embedded with bidirectional barbed enhance facial sagging soft tissue has obvious effect, which can be done under local anesthesia, no stitches, short operation time, postoperative mild swelling, quick recovery, repeatable operation, but maintain a relatively short period of time.
