整形美容手术患者的心理分析及护理方法研究

摘　　要：目的研究整形美容手术患者的心理状况,关注护理方法与效果。方法选取本医疗整形机构2014年8月~2016年2月收治的100例整形美容手术者为研究对象,将其分为观察组与对照组,给予对照组整形美容手术者常规护理,在对照组基础上给予观察组整形美容手术者心理护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组护理后的SDS与SAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整形美容者的心理较为复杂,临床上要根据实际情况对其进行针对性的心理干预。Objective To study the psychological analysis and nursing methods of plastic surgery patients. Methods The medical plastic body plastic surgery in 100 cases from August 2014 to February 2016 were as the research object, divided into observation and control group two, control group received cosmetic surgery routine nursing, on the basis of control group, the observation group was given cosmetic surgery psychological nursing, nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion the psychology of plastic and cosmetic patients is more complex, and the psychological intervention should be carried out according to the actual situation.
