摘  要:轻汽油醚化技术是将轻汽油中的C_5、C_6甚至C_7叔碳烯烃与醇类进行反应,降低汽油中烯烃含量,提高辛烷值,降低蒸汽压,提高甲醇原料附加值,有效地将烯烃转化成相应的醚类化合物。鉴于车用汽油标准频繁升级及其趋势,证明轻汽油醚化技术适合我国车用汽油烯烃含量高的基本国情,具有广阔的应用前景。国产化轻汽油醚化技术的优势在于四个方面:催化蒸馏技术的应用,催化蒸馏工艺具有节能和深度转化的双重优势,是醚化技术的一个发展方向,目前国内多家单位均已攻克;催化剂的发展,提高了催化剂低温活性、稳定性和适应催化蒸馏的模块化等;组合工艺技术的优化,工艺装置之间和内部的优化均可提升企业生产效益;节能优化,催化蒸馏反应、混相床反应器、再沸器热源选用导热油等,均不断降低了轻汽油醚化装置的能耗。由此可见,国产化成套轻汽油醚化技术成熟可靠,基本已占领了国内市场。Light cracked naphtha(LCN) etherification technology etherifies the C5,C6 or C7tertiary carbon olefins in LCN with alcohols to reduce the olefin content of gasoline,improve the octane number,lower the vapor pressure,increase the added value of methanol feedstock and effectively convert olefins into correspond-ing ether compounds.In view of the frequent upgrading and trend of the standards for motor vehicle gasoline,LCN etherification technology is suitable for the high olefin content of motor vehicle gasoline in China and has broad application prospects.The advantages of domestic LCN etherification technology lie in four aspects.For the application of catalytic distillation technology,the energy-saving and deep-conversion catalytic distillation process is a developing direction of etherification technology and has been developed by many domestic companies.For the development of catalyst,the low temperature activity and stability of catalyst and the modularization suitable for catalytic distillation have been improved.For the optimization of combined process tech-nologies,the production efficiency has been improved through the optimization between process units and in-side process units.And for energy saving optimization,the energy consumption of LCN etherification unit has been continually reduced by using heat transfer oil as the heat source for catalytic distillation reaction,mixed phase bed reactor and reboiler.It can be seen that domestic LCN etherification technology is mature and reli-able and has already dominated the domestic market.
