摘 要:选取5种蔬菜废弃物分别与市政污泥混合制备污泥基活性炭,以活性炭得率(P)、碘吸附值(Ivaule)和比表面积(SBET)为评价指标,优选出包菜-污泥组合作为研究对象,其碘吸附值和比表面积均最大,分别为475.19 mg/g和752.455 m^3/g,活性炭得率为39.49%。建立L_(16)(4~5)正交表,以活性炭得率、碘吸附值及比表面积为评价指标,确定活性炭的最佳制备工艺参数:ZnCl_2浓度为2.0 mol/L,浸渍比为1∶2,活化时间为0.5 h,活化温度为500℃。通过方差分析可知,活化温度对活性炭碘吸附值和比表面积有显著影响。Sludge-based activated carbon was prepared using the mixtures of five different vegetable wastes and municipal sewage sludge respectively.The yield of activated carbon (P),iodine adsorption value (Ivaule) and specific surface (SBET) were used as evaluation indexes.The combination of cabbage-sludge was recognized as the optimized research object.This combination showed the maximum Ivaule and SBEr of 475.19 mg/g and 752.455 m3/g respectivly.Besides,its P was 39.49%.Based on the evaluation indicators of the P,Ivaule and SBEr,the L16(45) orthogonal table was established to determine the optimal preparation parameters as follows:the concentration of ZnCl2 was 2.0 mol/L,the impregnation ratio was 1∶2,the activation time was 0.5 h,and the activation temperature was 500 ℃.Additionally,the results of variance analysis described that the activation temperature had a significant effect on the Ivaule and SBEr of activated carbon.
