培菲康对高脂血症的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨培菲康对原发性高脂血症(EHL)患者的临床疗效及血脂变化的影响。方法选择102例EHL患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各51例。对照组口服阿托伐他汀钙胶囊10mg/d,睡前口服。观察组采用培菲康2.0g/次,3次/d,饭后半小时温水服用。12周为一疗程,比较两组患者治疗前后血脂水平及治疗效果。结果观察组临床控制率为31.37%,对照组为13.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(94.12%)显著高于对照组(76.47%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后两组血脂水平均改善,但观察组TG、TC、LDL-C水平低于对照组(P<0.01),HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后随访6个月,对照组复发率为27.45%,观察组为5.88%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论培菲康对血脂水平的改善优于阿托伐他汀钙,患者复发率低,且无明显不良反应。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bifico on essential hyperlipidaemia（EHL）and its influence on serum lipid level.Methods 102 EHL patients were divided into control group（51cases）or observation group（51cases）by random number table.The control group was given atorvastatin calcium capsule（10mg/d）orally before bedtime.The observation group was given Bifico 2.0g tid orally 30 minutes after meal.The treatment course was 12 weeks.Then the serum lipid levels and treatment efficacy were compared before and after treatment.Results The control rate of the observation group was 31.37% and that of the control group was 13.73%（P〈0.05）;the overall efficiency rate of the observation group was94.12% and that of the control group was 76.47%（P〈0.01）.The serum lipid levels of both group decreased after treatment,and the levels of serum TG,TCL and DL-C of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.01）,while the serum HDL-C was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.01）.After 6months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the control group was 27.45%（14/51）,while that of the observation group was 5.88%（3/51cases）;the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Bifico is better than atorvastatin calcium in improving serum lipid level,with lower recurrence rate and no obvious side effects.
