摘　　要：考虑到现有评价带有多个独立子系统的复杂系统相对有效性的YMK-DEA模型和C2GS2-ISS模型都存在其局限性,本文构建了MDEA-ISS模型,该模型不仅能同时处理满足锥性和不满足锥性的指标,而且也克服了单系统MDEA模型的一些不足,具有一定的实用性。最后用该模型对我国区域工业系统发展进行了实证分析。Considering the existing DEA model to evaluate the relative efficiency of system with independent subsystems have their limitations, a MDEA-ISS model has been built in this paper. It can not only deal with variables which meets awl condition and those which do not meet awl condition at the same time, but also overcome a number of shortcomings of the MDEA model of a single system, so it has certain practicability. Finally, it is used to evaluate the development of China＇s regional industrial systems.
