摘  要:超级计算是衡量一个国家科技实力和综合竞争力的具有战略意义的重要标志,对超级计算发展水平的综合评价对于准确认识超级计算发展趋势和特点有重要意义。超级计算分中心作为我国超级计算环境的中间层次,在超级计算的整体发展中发挥着至关重要的作用。本文选取2012-2015年时序立体数据,以8个分中心为评价对象,对分中心相比于基期的发展进步水平进行评价。文章在评价时以各分中心2011年指标数据为相应基期值,计算分中心各指标的相对发展速度,并利用组合赋权法确定指标权重,建立了分中心发展进步指数,利用二次加权法对不同时间点发展进步指数进行综合,得到分中心超级计算动态评价值。通过对发展进步指数横向、纵向分析以及对动态评价值的比较,得出各分中心超级计算整体发展水平。Supercomputing is a important symbol measuring science and technology strength as well as comprehensive competitiveness of a country.And the comprehensive evaluation for supercomputing has a great effect on accurate understanding of the trends and characteristics of supercomputing development.As the middle level of Chinese supercomputing structure,the sub centers play an critical role in the overall development of supercomputing.This article uses timing dimensional data from 2012 to 2015 to evaluate the supercomputing progressive status of sub centers.During the process of evaluation,we calculate relative developing speed of every index of sub-center which uses 2011 as base period and utilize combinational weighting method to determine the index weight and creat development and progress index.Through the second-weighting method,the paper integrates development and progress index values at different years and conclude supercomputing dynamic evaluation value.By horizontal and vertical analysis of development and progress index as well as the dynamic evaluation value comparison,obtain the sub-center supercomputing overall level of development.
