摘　　要：文化是一个社会、一个民族深层的精神内涵。源远流长的潮汕文化作为地方特色文化，对潮汕地区各行各业影响极为深刻。医生这个较为特殊的职业，更是受到潮汕文化的熏陶，怎样弘扬潮汕优秀文化，并以此调动医生的积极性、主动性和创造性，对于促进医生以更加良好的服务态度、更加规范的专业形象服务患者具有重要意义；同时，摒弃潮汕文化中的不良之处，也有利于医生在现有的基础上取得进步。从潮汕文化对于医生的影响这一方面来看，需要注意的有以下几点：第一，在潮汕地区工作的医护人员有必要初步了解潮汕文化并且掌握一些基本的潮汕话对话的能力，以求与患者进行有效的沟通。第二，应该加强潮汕地区医生的医德医风教育，同时进一步加大对于违规行为的惩罚力度，尽可能把“收红包”“让亲友插队”之类的行为扼杀在摇篮里。第三，大力推行医护人员对于学术问题的讨论和推动医生利用业余时间了解并掌握医学领域的新发现，对于医护人员整体素质的提高有着举足轻重的意义。第四，医护人员内部应当去除地域的屏障，互帮互助，相互学习，共同进步。Culture is the spiritual connotation of a society and a nation. As local characteristic culture with a long history, Chaoshan culture has an extremely profound impact on people from all walks of life in Chaoshan. Doctors, as a special profession, are also influenced by Chaoshan cuhure. On one hand, it is of great significance to figure out how to carry forward advantages of Chaoshan culture and to arouse the enthusiasm, initiativity and creativity of doctors, for the purpose that doctors would serve the patients with better attitude and more professional image. On the other hand, by abandoning the disadvantages of Chaoshan culture, it is good for doctors to make a certain degree of progress. And great attention should be drawn to the following four suggestions. First, doctors working in Chaoshan are expected to acquire a pre- liminary knowledge of Chaoshan culture and develop basic communicating skills in order to communicate effectively with patients. Second, not only should administrators of the hospital promote the education of medical ethics for doctors in Chaoshan, but also they are ought to strengthen penalty enforcement for viola- tions, such as receiving ＂red envelopes＂ and giving priority to friends and relatives. Third, it plays an im- portant role in improving the overall quality of doctors that they are encouraged to participate in academic discussions and follow the great progress in medical field. Fourth, regardless of the difference of their cul- tures, doctors should help each other, learn from each other and make progress together.
