摘　　要：探讨肿瘤性皮肤瘙痒症从阳郁论治的理论依据,认为气机升降失常是肿瘤发病的基本病机,阳气内郁贯穿于肿瘤发病的全过程。机体气机不畅,阳气郁滞于肌表,郁而化热,郁热阻于肌肤,营卫失和,肌肤失去气血濡养,发为皮肤瘙痒。升阳散火法以疏导、升发初生气机为原则,可用于肿瘤性皮肤瘙痒症的治疗。This paper discusses the theoretical basis of treating carcinous skin pruritus from yang depression. It is believed that the basic pathogenesis of tumor is the disorder of the ascending and descending move- ment of qi and yang depression involves in the whole pathological course. In a word,yang qi stagnates on the skin surface due to the disorder of qi movement and the stagnated qi transforms into fire on the skin surface. Then the nutritive qi and defensive qi lose their harmony and the qi and blood fail to nourish the skin. Finally,the carcinous skin pruritus appears. Following the principle of regulating and lifting the primary qi movement,the lifting yang and dispersing fire method can be used for treatment of carcinous skin pruritus.
