摘　　要：总结姜建国教授运用五子衍宗丸治疗弱精症的经验。因五子衍宗丸药性平和、补中有泻,姜老师将其作为治疗弱精症的基础方。临证不拘于弱精症之"弱",一味温补,而是据证调整补虚、泻实的用药比例;对于无明显症状体征者,常结合现代理化检查结果进行微观辨证。To summarize the experience of professor JIANG Jianguo in treating asthenozoospermia by Wuzi Yanzong pill. Wuzi Yanzong pill,with a mild nature,has the function of both supplementing and draining,so professor JIANG uses it as the basic prescription for treating asthenozoospermia. In clinical treatment,profes- sor JIANG doesn＇t use warm medicine blindly because of the weakness of the disease,but adjust the pro- portion of restorative and draining medicine according to the syndrome. For patients with no obvious symp- toms and signs,he often uses modern physical and chemical inspection results as a reference to do the mi- crocosmic syndrome differentiation.
