摘　　要：目的观察重组人脑利钠肽对老年急性失代偿性心力衰竭病人的临床疗效,以及对病人血清氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)、肽素(Copeptin)水平的影响。方法随机选择2015年1~12月至我院心内科治疗的老年急性左心衰竭病人100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上使用冻干重组人脑利钠肽。观察并比较2组病人治疗7 d后的临床疗效以及治疗前后2组血清NT-pro BNP、Copeptin水平变化。结果观察组显效率与总有效率均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组病人治疗前血清NT-pro BNP、Copeptin水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后均明显下降,但观察组下降更为明显,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组人脑利钠肽对老年急性失代偿性心力衰竭病人具有较好的治疗作用,能够显著降低病人血清NT-pro BNP、Copeptin水平,且安全性较高。Objective To observe the effect of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide（ rh BNP） on the clinical efficacy and plasma levels of NT-pro BNP,copeptin in elderly patients with acute heart failure. Methods 100 cases of acute uncompensated heart failure patients admitted in our hospital from January to December in 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given conventional treatment,the observation group were given rh BNP on the basis of conventional treatment. Clinical efficacy and the change of the levels of NT-pro BNP,copeptin before and after treatment of two groups were observed and compared. Results The treatment effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of NT-pro BNP and copeptin were all significantly decreased in two groups,especially in observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions rh BNP can improve clinical therapeutic effect,reduce the serum levels of NT-pro BNP and copeptin with high security in the elderly patients with acute uncompensated heart failure.
