摘　　要：高尔夫球裁判员的管理牵涉多方面因素,以科学的理论基础和数据分析方法做指导是保障管理有效开展的关键。将高尔夫球裁判员管理体系列为研究对象,以2007—2015年受邀执裁于国内国际各大赛事的高尔夫球裁判员为调查对象,提出一个包括6个维度的高尔夫球裁判员管理体系影响因素的模型,并对模型进行修正和假设的验证。The management of golf referee involves various factors. Hence, taking scientific theoretical foundation and data analysis method as guidance is the key to guarantee the effective development of management. This study takes golf referee management system as the research object and golf referee invited by major domestic and international events from 2007 to 2015 as investigation objects and proposes a six-dimensional model of golf referees＇ affecting factors on golf referee man- agement system. Then the study utilizes empirical analysis method to conduct correction verification and hypothesis verifi- cation of the model.
