摘 要:自我控制是个体控制或转变不良行为反应的能力。如何提高个体自我控制能力是自我控制研究领域的一个重要关注点。以运动APP为媒介,对参与者实施运动监控,并预测通过运动监控干预可有效提高个体的自我控制能力。研究招募了APP运动监控组、单纯运动组和控制组3组参与者。结果显示,与单纯运动干预组和控制组相比,运动监控组4周干预后的后测握力任务坚持时间较前测坚持时间显著增长,后测的Stroop任务反应时显著低于前测反应时,提示运动监控计划可有效提高自我控制能力。Self-control is a person' s ability to control or change bad behaviors. How to improve the ability of one' s self- control is an important concern in the field of study. In this study, we will use APP as medium for the participants' sports monitoring, and predict that the individual ability of self-control can be improved effectively through sports monitor inter- vention. We recruited three groups of participants including sports APP monitoring group, the simple exercise group and control group. Results show that after four weeks sports monitor intervention, the participants' grip strength measurement task improved more than that of before and the reaction time of Stroop task was significantly lower than that of before. Hint:sports monitoring plan can effectively improve the ability of self-control.
