摘  要:采用问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,揭示了韩国短道速滑教练员变革型领导行为、教练员信任及运动员角色投入三者之间的关系。结果表明:韩国速滑教练员的个性关怀行为、教练员信任对运动员角色投入具有正向影响;领导魅力、智力激励及个性关怀行为对教练员信任呈正向影响。个性关怀对运动员角色投入中教练员信任起到部分中介效果,在领导魅力、智力激励与运动员角色投入间具有完全中介作用。This study aimed to explore the relationship among transformative leadership behaviors of the short track speed skating coaches in South Korea, the athletes' trust in their coaches and the role fulfillment of the athletes through question- naire surveys, mathematics statistics and other research methods. It shows that in the South Korean short-track speed skat- ers' recognized changes of coach' s leadership behaviors, only personal care behavior has a positive prediction effect to the athlete role involvement; A coach' s leadership charm, intelligent incentive as well as his personalized care behavior all have positive effect on the trust in him;The trust in a coach also has the same effect on an athlete' s role immersion, in which, a coach' s trust functions as partial mediator between his personalized care and an athlete' s role immersion, and to- tal mediator between a coach' s leading charm and intelligent incentive and an athlete' s role immersion.
