摘　　要：宝钢1580热轧产线粗轧机的主传动万向轴属于生产线的关键部件。如何实现对该部件的正确保养与修复是生产现场较为关注的问题。通过分析其结构组成,总结出了一套既节约成本又行之有效的修复方法。本文将以NAJICO产品为例,详细介绍生产现场总结出的修复方法及其使用效果。The main drive cardan shafts of roughing mill in Baosteel 1580 hot rolling production line are key components. How to realize the correct maintenance and repair of this part is the focus of the production site. By analyzing the structure of the system, a set of cost saving and effective repair methods are summarized. By analyzing the NAJICO product, the repair method and its application effect are introduced in detail.
