摘  要:传统不锈钢连轧机组氩弧焊机焊缝强度低,焊缝余高超高,无法过轧机轧制。通过对比激光焊和激光复合焊的优缺点,某厂不锈钢DRAP机组将氩弧焊机改造为激光电弧复合焊机,该激光电弧复合焊具有自导向功能、大容差和高稳定性的特点,使成材率得到大幅提高。The argon arc welding machine of the traditional stainless steel continuous wiling machine has the defect of low weld strength, high welding residual height, so as unable pass rolling mill. By comparing the advan- tages and disadvantages of laser welding and laser hybrid welding, a stainless steel factory DRAP unit will transform the argon arc welding machine into laser arc hybrid welding. This laser are hybrid welding has many advantages such as self guiding function, large tolerance function and high stability, the yield is greatly improved.
