摘　　要：为有效保证钢筋滚轧直螺纹接头连接质量,结合工程应用中常见的套筒使用不当、丝头加工长度不足、丝头旋进不对称等问题,从技术支持、丝头加工、接头连接等方面阐述了质量控制的关键环节,重点提出了加工时坚持调试与纠偏、检查时对照丝头指标监管、连接时一端无丝扣需退丝等控制措施。In order to effectively guarantee the quality of the thread rolling bar connection links, which are commonly used in combination with the engineering application of sleeve use undeserved threaded sector, threaded sector processing insufficient length head precession problem such as asymmetry, from technical support, threaded sector processing and joint connection aspects this paper expounds the quality control of the key link, the key control measures are put forward when processing debugging and rectify, check against the thread head index regulation, no thread to the wire connection end and control measures etc.
