摘  要:针对目前采煤机摇臂普遍存在的经验设计及过设计问题,基于商用有限元软件,建立MG500/1180-WD采煤机摇臂有限元模型,利用Lanczos法提取低阶模态。通过试验模态分析,以固有频率一致性作为判定指标,对摇臂有限元模型合理性进行验证。考虑摇臂内部齿轮传动系统啮合谐波频率成分,对摇臂进行区间频率谐响应分析。以壁厚为设计变量,以动态特性改善及轻量化为原则,提出摇臂结构改进方案。结果表明:采煤机摇臂主要振动形式为电动机壳体及行星头的弯曲扭转振动;摇臂过设计主要集中于壳体中部;在满足内部传动系统安装位置要求下,首先满足轻量化及良好动态特性要求,后对采煤机进行强度刚度校核及疲劳分析。本研究可为采煤机摇臂动态设计提供依据。In view of common experience design and excessive design of the rocker arm of the shearer, the finite element model of the rocker arm of a MG500/1180-WD shearer was built based commercial finite element software, and low orders of mode was abstracted by using Lanczos. After test modal analysis, the consistency of the natural frequency was taken as the appraisement criterion, and the reasonableness of the finite element model of the rocker arm was verified. In view of the meshing harmonic frequency component of the gear drive system inside the rocker arm, the harmonic response analysis of the rocker arm during range frequency was conducted. After that, the wall thickness was taken as the design variable, and the improvement of dynamic characteristics and light weight taken as the principle, the structural optimization scheme of the rocker arm was offered. The results showed: the main vibration form of the rocker arm was bent and torsional vibration of the motor shell and the head of the planet; the middle of the rocker arm was the main part of excessive design; on the premise of satisfying the installation location of the internal drive system, light weight and excellent dynamic characteristics were firstly satisfied, and then the strength and the stiffness of the shearer were checked, the fatigue analysis was conducted also. The research offered reference for the dynamic design of the rocker arm of the shearer.
