摘 要:以一种主轴固定式的多缸液压圆锥破碎机为研究对象,针对其关键零件主轴由于过盈量较大而导致安装、检测困难这一现状,介绍了一种圆锥破碎机主轴过盈安装和检测方法。首先介绍了圆锥破碎机主轴结构和安装要求,然后提出了一种冷装、热装相结合的锥面大过盈装配方法,设计了一些安装工具,并在破碎机主轴安装过程中进行了实际验证。相较于传统的安装方法,该方法有效提高了安装效率和可靠性,为同类型圆锥破碎机主轴的安装、检测提供了参考。In view of difficult installation and inspection of the key part of the main shaft due to large interference, a multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher with fixed main shaft was taken as the study object, and an interference installation and inspection method for the main shaft of the cone crusher was introduced. First, the structure and the installation requirements of the main shaft were introduced, and then a large-interference assembly method combining cool assembly and hot assembly was introduced, and several assembly tools were designed. Finally, the method was verified in actual assembly of the main shaft. Compared with traditional installation method, the application of the method effectively enhanced the installation efficiency and reliability. The method offered reference for the installation and inspection of the main shaft of the cone crusher.
