摘  要:甘肃某铁矿石为复合型铁矿石,由于其中的磁铁矿和赤铁矿嵌布粒度微细,应用常规的选矿方法难得到较理想的指标,对该矿石进行了煤基直接还原焙烧-弱磁选试验。结果表明,将原矿与作为还原剂的烟煤和作为助还原剂的Ca O按100∶20∶10的质量比混合,在焙烧温度为1 200℃、焙烧时间为60 min、磨矿细度-0.045 mm占85%、磁场强度为127.32 k A/m的条件下,可获得铁品位和回收率分别为90.51%和90.22%的铁精矿,为该资源的合理开发和利用提供了技术依据。An iron ore from Gansu was the compound iron ore, its magnetite and hematite dissemination size was fine, so it was hard to obtain ideal indexes with conventional benefieiation method. The test for coal-based direct deoxidization calcination and low-intensity magnetic separation of the ore was conducted. The test results showed: the crude ore, bitumite as the reducing agent and CaO as the assistant reducing agent were mixed as 100: 20: 10, at the grinding fineness of-0.045 mm accounting for 85% and the magnetic separation intensity being 127.32 kA/m, after calcination duration of 60 rain at the calcination temperature of 1 200 ℃, the iron concentrate with the grade of 90.51% and the recovery ratio of 90.22% was obtained. The test results offered technical reference for reasonable development and utilization of refractory iron ore.
