摘　　要：对"十二五"期间昆明市功能区环境噪声现状及变化趋势进行了综合分析,在此基础上提出了相应的防治对策。Synthesis analysis of the change trend of environmental noise in Kunming during the 12th Five -Year plan period was conducted, based on which, suggestions on noise prevention were put forward.
