摘　　要：目的:梳理中国中医科学院望京医院呼吸科常用52种中成药孕妇用药信息,为临床医师、药师、患者提供用药参考,促进中成药在孕妇中的安全应用。方法:调查52种中成药说明书,对其孕妇用药信息进行统计分析;并结合专业书籍,提出孕妇使用建议。结果:调查的52份中成药说明书中,24份明确标注"孕妇禁用"、"孕妇慎用";19份说明书标注"孕妇应在医师指导下服用";9份未标注。3种说明书标注为"孕妇禁用"的中成药,既没有"孕妇禁用"组分,也没有"孕妇慎用"组分;说明书未标注孕妇用药信息或标注在医师指导下服用的中成药有8种含有孕妇慎用成分,有3种参考《临床用药须知》和《中国药典》为慎用或禁用。结论:呼吸科涉及的中成药多是孕妇禁用或慎用,药师在为孕妇提供药学服务时,需要更专业的中医药学知识;中成药说明书在孕妇用药信息标注方面存在一定的缺陷,仍需进一步完善,以保障孕妇用药安全。Objective： We screened the information of 52 Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） about respiratory medicine used with pregnant women for doctors, pharmacists, patients, and to promote TCM safety application in pregnant women. Methods：The instructions of 52 TCM were investigated and analyzed in terms of drug information for pregnant.Combined with the professional books we puted forward relevant medication suggestions forpregnant women. Results：24 instructions were clearly labeled ‘ban’,‘caution’, 19 instructions were labeled ‘pregnant women should take medicine under guidance of physician’ 9 instructions no labels.The components of 3 TCM labed contrain dicated in pregnancy contain neither‘ban’ nor ‘caution’.8 TCM contained ‘caution’ compositions were not labeled or marked ‘pregnant women should take medicine under guidance of physician’, 3 TCM referenced professional books were ‘careful’ or ‘disabled’. Conclusion：Respiratory involves TCM used pregnant women is disabled or careful, pharmacists need more professional knowledge about TCM to provide pharmaceutical care for pregnant women.In a way, TCM instruction has defects for pregnant women.In order to ensure the medication safety of pregnant women,more works should be done to improve it in future.
