摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师在感染性心内膜炎药物治疗中的作用。方法:临床药师参与1例使用达托霉素的重症感染性心内膜炎患者的治疗,从药物选择、新药的特点、药物的联用、使用疗程及安全性方面对治疗方案提供信息和帮助。结果:成功救治了1例重症感染性心内膜患者,为医生的治疗提供了有力的药学技术支持。结论:临床药师在使用新药、新方案、患者病情重、疗程长的治疗实践中可以协助医生确定治疗方案。起到保证用药安全有效的作用。Objective： To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of infective endocarditis. Methods： A clinical pharmacist participated the treatment of a severe endocarditis patient with daptomycin. The pharmacist provided the informations of drug selection, characteristics, drug combined use, effectiveness and safety. Results： We successful cured an endocarditis patient with a severe infection .We provided a strong support for the doctor＇s treatment a pharmaceutical technology. Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists play an important role in the use of new drugs, new programs, patients with serious illness and long course of treatment. They can help doctors to determine the treatment plan, ensure the drug safety and effectiveness.
