摘　　要：目的分析我院收治的20岁及以上居民冠心病患者发病率变化趋势及类型。方法在本次研究中对2014年1月-2016年1月我院卫生监测系统录入的20岁及以上冠心病患者的数据资料进行分析,按照年度、性别和年龄等并发率对演变趋势进行探究。结果 2014年-2016年20岁及以上居民冠心病人数不断增加,男性患者人数多于女性患者人数,2014年-2016年不同年龄段的患者人数存在差异,其中年龄大的患者发病率高,尤其是60岁以上年龄段的患者,发病率呈现出递增趋势,组间数据比较结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2014年-2016年20岁及以上居民发病率不断提升,冠心病类型以心绞痛和急性心肌梗死为主,发病年龄年轻化,因此需要根据发病趋势以及调查结果,确定合理防治措施。Objective To investigate the change trend of the incidence of coronary heart disease in residents aged 20 years or above admitted to our hospital and related disease types. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for the data of patients with coronary heart disease aged 20 years or above that were recorded in the hygienic monitor system in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016, and the change trend was analyzed with reference to year, sex, and age. Results There was a constant increase in the number of residents aged 20 years or above with coronary heart disease from 2014 to 2016, and most of them were male. There was a significant difference in the number of patients between different age groups from 2014 to 2016; the incidence rate was high in elderly patients, especially in those aged above 60 years. The incidence rate tended to increase and there was a significant difference in incidence rate between groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The incidence rate of coronary heart disease in residents aged 20 years or above tends to increase from 2014 to 2016, and the most common types of coronary heart disease are angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction. There tends to be an earlier age of onset; therefore, reasonable prevention and treatment measures should be developed with reference to incidence trend and related findings.
