摘　　要：分析了GB 19147—2016《车用柴油》标准修订前后在内容、技术要求和试验方法等方面的变化。标准增加和删减了规范性引用文件中的部分引用文件,要求车用柴油中不得人为加入甲醇,5号、0号和-10号柴油的闪点(闭口)由不低于55℃提高为不低于60℃;增加了表3车用柴油(Ⅵ)技术要求和试验方法,并增加了总污染物含量的检验项目,质量指标要求不大于24 mg/kg;指定GB/T 33400—2016为该项目的试验方法,多环芳烃质量分数由不大于11%降至不大于7%。标准的修订为满足国家第Ⅵ阶段机动车污染物的排放要求、提高我国车用柴油的质量在技术要求和试验方法等方面提供了保证。This paper analyzes the changes of GB 19147--2016 standard for Vehicle Diesel before and after the revision of contents, technical requirements and test methods. The revised Standard increased and deleted some reference documents; prohibited artificial adding of methanol into the vehicle diesel, increased the flash point （closed） of No. 5 ,No. 0 and No. 10 diesel from not less than 55 ℃increased to not less than 60℃ ; increased Table 3 vehicle diesel （Ⅵ） technical requirements and test methods; increased the total pollutant content of test items ,with the quality requirements of not more than 24 mg/kg; designated GB/T 33400-2016 as the testing method of the project; decreased the mass fraction of PAH from no more than 11% to no more than 7%. The revision of the Standard provided guarantee for meeting the motor vehicle pollutant emission requirements in national Ⅵ stage, and improving the quality of China＇ s diesel fuel in the technical requirements and testing methods.
