摘　　要：通过对读简帛文献,对汉简《孙子兵法·火攻篇》中"隋其功"三字提出新的看法:"隋",应读为"隳";"其",代指敌方,而不是自指;"功",指功业,尤其是指土功,而不仅指战功。"隋其功"的本义,是要求对敌人的土功设施进行摧毁;而其反义——"不隋其功",就叫"费留"。"费留"通"昧瘤",意指暗瘤。Proofreading the documents on bamboo slips and silks, the author puts forward new opinions on the three words of ＂Hui Qi Gong（隋其功）＂ in Incendiary Attack of TheArt of War ：＂Sui （隋）＂should be read as ＂Hui （隳）＂;＂Qi （其）＂ refers to the enemy side instead of own side; ＂Gong （功）＂ refers to meritorious deeds, especially the construction achievements instead of military achievements. The original meaning of ＂Hui Qi Gong（隋其功）＂ is to destroy the enemy ＇ s construction facilities. Therefore, ＂Bu Hui Qi Gong （不隋其功）＂ means ＂Fei Liu （费留） ＂. ＂Fei Liu（费留）＂ has the same meaning as ＂Mei Liu（昧瘤）＂ and refers to An Liu（暗瘤）.
