摘  要:目的通过生物力学试验比较TW-702F型外固定架3种构型的生物力学性能,并为临床外固定架的选择及合理应用提供理论依据。方法采用新鲜猪股骨建立骨折模型,分别用TW-702F型外固定架的3种构型(杆夹式组、单板式组、双板式组)固定,与史赛克外固定架(史赛克组)进行对照研究。记录4组50~300 N轴向载荷时相应的位移,以及外固定架屈服时最大载荷与相应位移。结果轴向载荷试验表明,随着轴向载荷的增加,位移逐渐增大;与史塞克组相比,单板式组和双板式组在同样轴向载荷下的位移更小,而杆夹式组的位移更大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。当外固定架屈服时,单板式组和双板式组所能耐受的最大载荷较史塞克组更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而杆夹式组与史塞克组所能耐受的最大载荷差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TW-702F型外固定架的3种构型在结构刚度、屈服强度方面均有良好性能,能够满足四肢严重粉碎性骨折的早期治疗甚至终极固定的需要。Objective To compare the biomechanical properties of 3 configurations of type TW-702F external fixator with mechanical tests and to provide a theoretical basis for the selection and reasonable application of external fixation. Methods Fresh pork bones were used to establish fracture models, which were connected by type TW-702F external fixators in 3 configurations (rod-clip type, single-plate type, double-plate type). The axial compression with those connected by Stryker external fixators were compared. And the displacement variation under axial load from 50 N to 300 N and the rigid degree value were recorded. The load of yield point was regarded as the yield strength. Results The axial load test showed that the displacement increased with the increase of axial load. Compared with Stryker group, single-plate and double-plate group had a small displacement under the same axial load, while the rod-clip group had a lager displacement (P 〈0.05). When the external fixation yielded, the single plate and double plate group tolerated greater load than Stryker group (P 〈0.05). Meanwhile, there was no significant difference between rod clip group and Stryker group (P 〉0.05). Conclusion All these configurations of type TW-702F external fixator have good performance in structural rigidity and yield strength. They can hold the severe unstable limb fractures and achieve the purpose of early treatment or the ultimate treatment.
