摘　　要：本文通过世行贷款安徽宣城承接东部地区产业转移基地基础设施示范项目的环境管理计划的实施情况,总结世行项目区域环境管理的经验,进一步指出项目实施期间出现的问题,为项目后期的实施及世行货款项目区域性环境管理积累经验。Through the implementation of EMP that bank loans in Anhui Xuancheng infrastructure for industry relocation project,summarize the experiences of world Bank project regional environmental management,and further points out the problems that arise during the project implementation.Then gain wider experiences for the implementation of the project late work and regional environmental management projects.
