摘　　要：本文提出了一种风电经济运行管控模型。该模型基于风电场应发小时与实发小时的差值，分析了应发而未发小时损失的原因，区分了风电运行管理的主客观因素，以便聚焦管理中存在的问题，从而提高经济运行水平和效益水平。This paper presents a management and control model of wind power economic operation. The model is based on the difference between the available utilization hour and the actual utilization hour of wind farm, analyzes the reasons of the loss of utilization hour available but actual not, and distinguishes the subjective and objective factors of the wind power operation management, in order to focus on the problems in the management, so as to improve the economic operation level and benefit level.
