摘 要:风能作为一种清洁能源在我国的能源结构中占有越来越重要的比重。风机基础是风机工程中的关键构件,其病害会直接影响风机正常运行。本文结合某风机基础检测报告,分析病害产生原因。基础下法兰与基础混凝土接触处混凝土破损,防水层失效导致雨水进入基础内部加剧了病害速度。通过风机扶正、基础灌浆、防水处理能较好的修复风机基础,为类似工程提供有益参考.Wind power is a kind of clean energy , which plays an increasingly large proportion in our country. The foundation rind of wind turbine is the key component of the wind turbine engineering, and the disease of the foundation will directly effect the normal operation of the wind turbine. In this paper, the author combined with the foundation of wind turbine test report, analysing the cause of the disease. The concrete was dilapidated between the flange and the concrete of flange bottom. The waterproof layer failure caused rain entering the foundation, which 1 increased its diseases speed.Through offset correction and foundation grouting and waterproofing work, we can repair the the foundation of wind turbine greatly, and offer some useful reference for similar projects.
