摘 要:目的:研究王不留行种植密度、施肥种类对其生长发育、干物质积累和质量的影响。方法:采用随机区组设计,定期进行调查测定王不留行株高、一级分级枝数、一级分枝总长度、干物质积累、总灰分、浸出物、王不留行黄酮苷以及单株籽粒干重和产量。结果:王不留行株高、一级分枝总长度及浸出物均随密度的减小而增加,获得高产的适宜种植密度为行株距20 cm×35 cm。单施有机肥的单株干物质积累量、单株籽粒干重及亩产量均最大。结论:行株距20 cm×35 cm为高产适宜种植密度,生产中应提倡底施有机肥100 kg/667 m^2。Objective:To study the influence about the different planting density and fertilizers on the growing development,the dry matter accumulation and quality of the seed of Vaccaria segetalis. Methods : Single factor randomized block was applied, plant samples were collected and investigated periodically, and the plant height, primary branch, length of the primary branch, dry matter accumula- tion, total ash, the extract, the flavone glycosides, weight of single grain seed and the yield were regular detected. Results:The plant height, the length of primary branch and the extract were increased with the decreasing of the density. The suitable planting density was 20 cmx 35 cm, dry matteraccumulation per plant, weight of single grain seed and the yield were the largest with fertilizing organic fertil- izer. Conclusion :The suitable planting density was 20 cm ×35 cm and the suitable organic fertilizer amount was 100 kg/667 m^2.
