摘 要:选用鳙鱼、黄颡鱼、罗非鱼和鲤鱼作为背角无齿蚌的寄主鱼,对寄生效果进行分析,并对罗非鱼寄生变态发育脱落早期(6 d)、高峰期(9 d)、后期(12 d)的稚蚌及黄颡鱼寄生变态脱落高峰期(10 d)的稚蚌进行了养殖实验;结果表明:鳙鱼的平均寄生量达833只/尾,黄颡鱼842只/尾,罗非鱼2 872只/尾,鲤鱼728只/尾;不同时期脱落的钩介幼虫的存活率和壳长均无差异,早脱落和晚脱落对后期生长没有影响。综合寄生量及变态率,罗非鱼是最适合作为人工繁殖背角无齿蚌的寄主鱼。A ristichthys nobilis, Pseudobagrus fulvidroca, Oreochromis nilotica and Cyprinus carpio were selected as the host fish for A nodonta woodiana in this study. To analyze on the parasitic efficiency, a feeding experiment was developped about deciduous juvenile mussels in early phase(6 d), fastigium(9 d) and later phase (12 d) from tilapia and fastigium from yellow headed catfish (10 d). The effect of infestation results that average infesting juveniles 833 individuals/bighead carp, 842 individuals/yellow headed catfish, 2 872 individ- uals/tilapia and 728 individuals/carp. Results indicated that survival and shell length of deciduous juvenile mussels in different phase had no difference. Juvenile mussels come off inearly or late time had no influence on the its late growth. Synthesizing the number of parasitism and metamorphosis mate, results indicated that tilapia was the best host for A. woodiana compared to others.
