摘　　要：功能型图书馆智库以挖掘政府—企业—科研团队的需求、促成三者合作、监护智库成果数据为服务内容,发挥功能性作用,无论从责任方面、对社会贡献方面、对图书馆自身发展方面都有着不可估量的意义。功能型图书馆智库包括研究导向、智库中介、数据监护3种服务模式,其基本结构分为用户管理层、控制层、业务逻辑层、数据层等4部分,以PC端—网站和手机端—微信两种形式进行服务,使政府、企业、科研团队紧密联系,实现聚才、资政、强国的目的。Service content of functional library think tank focuses on mining needs of the government, enterprise and scientific research team, contributing to the cooperation among the three, maintaining the think tank outcome data, so it is of great significance to play a functional rote in terms of responsibility, contribution to society, and the development of the library itself. The functional library think tank includes three service modes, that is, research orientation, think tank intermediary, custody of data, and its basic structure is divided into user management layer, control layer, business logic layer and data layer. And it provides services via PC--Website and mobile phone--We-Chat, aiming at making strong relation among government, enterprise and research team and gathering talent, aiding government, and making the country strong.
