论世界经济新常态与“一带一路”建设

摘　　要：2016年,世界范围内发生了一系列足以改变历史的"黑天鹅"事件,引发了全球格局的重大变革,呈现出世界经济新常态的趋势性变化。这些变化为推进"一带一路"建设带来挑战的同时,也孕育着发展机遇。"一带一路"须顺应世界经济新常态的趋势性,把握全球经济增长的主要矛盾,推动政治互信、经济互惠,为人类命运共同体的构建奠定物质基础,为世界经济的可持续发展开辟出"新蓝海"。In 2016, a number of ＂Black Swan＂ events, which may have changed the history of the world, have led to a major change in the global pattern, showing a trend of the new normal state of the world economy. These changes bring both challenges and opportunities to the ＂Belt and Road＂ Initiative. It should follow the trend of the new normal state of the world economy,, grasp the main contradictions of global economic growth, promote political mutual trust and economic reciprocity, lay the material foundation for developing a human community of shared destiny, and open up the ＂new blue sea＂ for the sustainable development of the world economy.
