摘 要:分析了声表面波传感器谐振频率随扭矩变化的传感机理,实际制作了差动型声表面波传感器,并通过网络分析仪测试了传感器的线性度和灵敏度。在此基础上搭建了阅读器收发链路,通过阅读器实现了转轴扭矩的无线无源检测。与现有航空发动机测量扭矩时常用的滑环、变压器、电池等能量供给和信号传输方式相比较,该研究方案和搭建的测试系统在一定程度上可以有效地解决可靠供电和信号传输的困难。The sensing mechanism of the surface Acoustic wave (SAW) sensor was analyzed. The differential type SAW torque sensors were made, and their linearity and sensitivity were measured by the network analyzer. The corresponding reader was established, and the wireless and passive measurement of the shaft torque was implemented. Compared to the method of slip ring, transformer and battery for the energy supply and the signal transmission in the current torque measurement technology in the aeroengine field, the mentioned research scheme and measurement system could somewhat solve the difficulties of the reliable power supply and the effective signal transmission.
