温针灸治疗功能性早泄的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸治疗功能性早泄的疗效。方法:采用温针灸治疗功能性早泄42例,辨证分为肝气郁结型与肾精亏虚型,并进行分型治疗。结果:42例患者总有效率为83.3%。观察表明患病年纪越轻,早泄治疗效果越好;年纪越大,治疗效果越差。患病时间越短,早泄治疗效果越好;时间越长,治疗效果越差。结论:温针灸治疗功能性早泄疗效可靠。Objectives： To investigate the therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion on functional prospermia. Methods： 42 patients with functional prospermia were treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion. The disease was classified into two types according to syndrome differentiation,stagnation of liver qi and deficiency of kidney essence,and treated according to the syndrome type. Results： The total efficacy rate was83. 3% in the 42 patients. The younger the patients were,the better the treatment effect was. The shorter time the sick time was,the better the treatment effect was. Conclusion： Warm acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in treating functional prospermia.
