中西医结合治疗肛肠病术后便秘40例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗肛肠病术后便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取肛肠病术后便秘的80例患者,对照组40例口服通泰葡甘聚糖胶囊;治疗组40例在对照组的基础上加服补气润肠汤。两组均治疗12d,比较治疗前后2组的排便次数,首次排便时间,排便难易程度,综合情况的变化,评价并对比两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组相比于对照组对术后首次排便时间、排便次数、排便难易程度有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:中西结合治疗肛肠病术后的便秘具有较好疗效。此外,补气润肠汤对肛肠病术后并发症有着明显的改善作用,能够有效减轻病者痛苦,具有进一步推广应用的价值。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of anorectal postoperative constipation of TCM and Western medicine. Methods Constipation after anorectal operation in 80 patients, control group oral Tongtai gluean - mannan chi- tosan capsulescapsule treatment group, on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment plus Buqi Runehang laxative soup were observed. The two groups were treated for 12 days, compared the changes of defecation frequency, defecation difficulty, the first defe- cation time and comprehensive situation changes before and after treatment in patients, then evaluated and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results compared with the control group, the treatment group had significant improvement in the first defecation time, defecation frequency and defecation difficulty （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The combination of TCM and Western medicine in trea- ting anoreetal postoperative constipation has a good effect. In addition, buqi Runchang decoction has obvious effect on improving the anorectal postoperative complications, to reduce patient pain, with the further popularization and application value.
