吉林人参低聚肽清咽功能的实验研究

摘　　要：目的验证吉林人参低聚肽是否具有清咽功能。方法按照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范(2012修订版)》中的清咽功能检验方法进行,包括SD大鼠棉球植入、SD大鼠足趾肿胀、BALB/c小鼠耳廓肿胀3个实验。分别将SD大鼠按体重随机分为4个剂量组(0.062 5、0.125、0.25、0.50 g/kg)和1个空白对照组,将BALB/c小鼠按体重也随机分为4个剂量组(0.075、0.150、0.300、0.600 g/kg)和1个空白对照组,分别给予不同浓度的受试物和蒸馏水,每天1次,连续灌胃30 d。实验结束当天再给1次受试样品,计算肉芽肿净量、足趾肿胀率和耳廓肿胀率。结果与空白对照组相比,各剂量组大鼠棉球肉芽肿净重,1、2、4、6 h大鼠足趾肿胀率显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。与空白对照组相比,各剂量组小鼠耳廓肿胀率随着受试物剂量的增大而逐渐减小,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论吉林人参低聚肽具有清咽的功能。[ Objective ] To assess the Effects of Panax ginseng oligopeptide of Jilin Province on Throat-clearing function in animals . Methods According to 《Technical Standards for Testing ＆Assessment of Health Food》 recorded in the pharynx functional testing method, including SD cotton ball implantation in rats and SD rats toes swelling, BALB/e mice auricle swelling, three kinds of experiments.Cotton ball implantation experiment result is positive, including SD rats and SD ratstoes swelling experiment or BALB/c mice auricle swelling experiment results any positive, positive can determine the result of the experiment.Respectively to SD rats randomly divided into four groups by weight （0.062 5, 0.125, 0.25, 0.50 g/kg） and a blank control group, the BALB/c mice random is divided into four groups by weight （0.075, 0.150, 0.300, 0.600 g/kg） and a blank control group, were given differ- ent concentrations of subjects and distilled water, 1 times a day, 30 d.Experiment to the tested sample once again end of the day, calculate granuloma net amount, toes swelling rate and auricle swelling rate. Resuhs Compared with the blank control group, each dose rat granuloma induced by cotton ball, net weight, 1 h, 2 h, 4 h, 6 h each dose group of rats toes swelling rate is significantly reduced, statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.Compared with the blank control group, eaeh dose group mice auricle swelling rate gradually decreases with increase a content dose of trend, but there was no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Effects of Panax ginseng oligopeptide of Jilin Province on Throat-clearing function in animals test result is positive.
