社区糖尿病老年人健康自我管理行为的影响因素

摘　　要：目的了解城乡糖尿病老年患者自我管理现状及其影响因素,为采取应对措施提供理论依据。方法采用自行设计的一般人口学调查表及成年人健康自我管理行为问卷(AHSMSRS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、生活能力量表(ADL)、生活质量量表(SF-36)对河北省城乡6 173名老年人进行健康自我管理行为评测。结果共有糖尿病老年人1 062例,占17.2%。健康自我管理行为评分为(50.29±10.622)分。多因素分析显示,城乡、受教育程度、健康状况、日常生活能力、心理症状及睡眠障碍与否是糖尿病老年人健康自我管理行为的影响因素。结论河北省城乡糖尿病老年人自我管理行为有待提升,应加大健康教育力度,促进其自我管理水平的提高。[Objective] To investigate the self-management status and influencing factors among urban and rural elderly people with diabetes mellitus （DM）, provide theoretical basis for taking measures. [Methods] The self-designed general demographic questionnaire, the Rating Scale of Health Self-management Skill for Adults （AHSMSRS）, the Symptom Checklist （SCL-90） and the Activity of Daily Living Scale （ADL） was used to evaluate the health self-management behaviors of 6 173 urban and rural elderly people. [Results] There were 1 062 elderly patients with DM, accounting for 17.2%, and the score of health self- management behaviors was （50.29±10.622）. The multivariate analysis showed that urban and rural areas, educational level, health status, activities of daily living, psychological symptoms, and sleep disorders or not were the influencing factors of health self-management behaviors in elderly patients with DM. [Conclusion] There is a big room to improve for the self-management behaviors among urban and rural elderly people with DM in Hebei Province. It is necessary to strengthen the health education to improve their self-management level.
