摘 要:有限元地应力场数值模拟在石油勘探开发、工程开挖领域应用广泛,有限元应力分析软件ANSYS凭借其强大的通用处理能力受到青睐;但是在地应力分析过程中该软件建模能力较弱,不能构建复杂的三维地质模型;其建模过程烦琐,且无法直接处理钻孔、测井与地震等地学数据,同时考虑整个地应力求解过程人工参与较多,自动化水平较低。针对以上问题,地应力场模拟自动化系统将地质建模与地应力求解置于同一个平台环境下,利用三维地质建模技术构建地下岩体模型,展现地层之间的相互接触关系,并进行有限元求解得到三维地应力场分布。该系统能够提高建模效率、降低建模误差、简化材料参数设置,从而提高了地应力场建模自动化水平。The finite element numerical simulation of geostress field is widely used in petroleum exploration and engineering excavation, ANSYS software is popular favored for its powerful general processing ability, but consid-ered its weak ability of modeling, it can?t build three-dimensional geological model under complex condition, in ad-dition, the operation of ANSYS modeling is tedious, and it can?t directly deal with drilling, logging and seismic ge-ological data, besides, there is much artificial work during the in-site stress simulation, reduces the level of auto-mation .Considering about the above reasons, the automation system of geostress simulation combines geology mod-eling and stress calculation under the same environment, building rock model underground with geology modeling technology, showing the contact relations between the layers, and getting the finite element in-site stress distribu-tion. Research work mainly includes construction modeling, finite element mesh modeling, getting the rock me-chanics parameters field, data interface researching and integrated system designing. This system can improve the efficiency and automation of modeling, reduce the modeling error, and simplify the material parameters allocation.
