摘　　要：随着互联网事业在中国的快速发展,网络空间渐成公共协商的新型场域,既有的公共协商从现实空间向网络空间的覆盖具有广阔的前景和重要的战略意义。中国网络空间已经具有一定的网络公共协商内涵,但实践中的网络公共协商仍面临着结构失衡、质量低下和灰色力量干扰等突出问题。必须通过国家力量的介入着力从提供网络空间充足有效的规则供应、建立高质量的官方网络信息运营平台以及构建网络公共协商的政治吸纳机制等方面来助推网络公共协商的建构。With the rapid development of Internet business in China, cyberspace has become a new field of public consultation. The existing public consultation has broad prospects and important strategic significance from the coverage of real space to cyberspace. China’s cyberspace has a certain connotation of network public consultation , but the practice of network public consultation is still faced with structural imbalance , low quality and gray power interference and other prominent issues. It is necessary to promote the construction of network public consultation through the provision of suffi-cient power to provide sufficient rules for cyberspace , the establishment of high - quality official net-work information operation platform and the construction of political consultation mechanism of network public consultation.
