摘　　要：森林资源资产批量评估是新生事物,用发展的眼光看,运用批量评估方法将开创森林资源资产评估新视野。本文在总结森林资源资产批量评估相关文献的基础上,分析森林资源资产批量评估模型研究存在的问题,提出森林资源资产批量评估特点,进而展望发展前景和发展重点。本文致力于深度探索森林资源资产批量评估涉及的本质性内容,有利于提升对森林资源资产批量评估的认识,促进批量评估技术方法的实践应用。Mass appraisal approach of forest resources assets is a new thing. With the viewpoint of development,using the mass appraisal method will create a new vision of forest resources assets appraisal. Based on summary of relevant literatures of forest resources assets evaluation,the problems existing in the mass appraisal model of forest resources assets were analyzed. Then,the characteristics of the mass appraisal of forest resources assets were put forward. Finally,after looking forward to the development prospect of the mass appraisal of forest resources assets,the key points of development were suggested. This paper is devoted to deep exploration on the essential content of mass appraisal of forest resources assets. This study is helpful to enhance understanding of the mass appraisal of forest resources assets,and to promote practical application of the mass appraisal method.
