摘 要:佣金模式是二手房市场交易活动中的重要内容,直接影响二手房交易效率的高低。文章以提高二手房交易效率为目标,借助多位交易主体和专家的直接参与,针对二手房交易活动中的交易周期、价格满意度等多项指标进行研判,利用区间直觉混合加权集结算子对群体意见进行综合集成,根据区间直觉模糊集排序函数对3种主流佣金模式在经纪效率影响力方面进行排序,并选出最优模式。Commission mode is an important content in second-handed housing trading activities, which can directly influence its trading efficiency. This paper, taking the trading efficiency of second-handed houses as a target, with the aid of the participation of many transaction objects and experts, makes an analysis on multiple indicators con-cerning transaction period, and price satisfaction, etc. in second - handed housing trading activities, employs interval intuitionistic mixed weighted aggregation operators to comprehensively integrate the group proposals, makes a sorting on the brokerage efficiency of the three main commission modes by sequencing function of interval intu-itionistic fuzzy set and selects the optimal mode.
