摘　　要：湖南省武陵山片区是一个多民族大杂居小聚居地区,少数民族人口众多,民俗民风比较醇厚,村落体育具有独特的地域性文化特征。但随着时代的变迁,村落社会系统的均衡被彻底打破,以民俗文化为载体的村落体育出现停滞甚至倒退现象,现代体育与全民健身的运行模式又不具备适应性,从根本上影响着村落体育的发展。村落体育推进路径的"民俗化"选择,与村落的社会文化环境相适应,体育与民俗动态交互,是现实需要的新文化,不仅仅是对现代村落体育方式的补充,而且是当前促进村落群众体育的最可行、最有效的措施。Wuling mountain area in Hunan is a small multi - ethnic area, which has a large population of ethnic minority and honest persons, and the sports there have the characteristics of unique regional culture. But with changing times, the system of the village social equilibrium has been broken. As the carrier of the folk culture, the village sports appear stagnant or even re-cession phenomenon. The mode of the modern sports and the national fitness do not have flexibility, which fundamentally af-fects the village sports development. The “ folk” option about the beneficial path of village sports is a new culture needed now which should adapt to the village social and cultural environment. It will keep sports and folk interact with each other, and it is not only just with respect to the manner of the modern village sports supplement, but also is the most feasible and effective measures to promote mass sports in the village now.
