关于跆拳道裁判员利益冲突与治理方式的研究

摘　　要：我国跆拳道运动自开展以来,跆拳道裁判员对项目的推广与发展起到了积极的促进作用。研究以利益冲突理论为依据,质性研究的范式为基础,采用深度访谈的研究方法对不同背景、经历与等级裁判员对利益冲突的观念与行为进行对比与分析:裁判员的个人品行直接决定其在参与者心目中的形象、同时也对其利益关系形成约束;人情与个别行业现象会对裁判员的利益关系形成负面的影响;政府与领导的不同态度会对裁判员的执裁与判罚产生较大的影响;在新时期的治理理念下,裁判员选调机制、多元化治理模式等,都会对裁判员维护公共利益产生正面的影响。Since taekwondo was developed in China, taekwondo referees have played a positive role in promoting and develo-ping it. Based on the theory of interest conflicts and the paradigm of qualitative research, by means of in - depth interviews, this study compared and analyzed the opinions and acts of referees with different backgrounds, experiences and classes on in-terest conflicts. The study found that referees^ personal characters would directly determine their images in the eyes of partici-pants and constrain interest relationship; human relationship and a few professional phenomena would exert a negative impact on the interest relationship of referees ; the different attitudes between government and leaders would have a great influence on the judge and penalty of referees; with the idea of governance in the new era, the transferring mechanism and diversified man-agement modes of referees would have a positive influence on referees^ safeguarding public interests.
